用现代技术,如专家系统技术,CAD/CAE/CAM一体化等技术对传统产业进行技术改造是当前科技发展的主流。本文以国内用量大、产品质量不易保证的发动机活塞的铸造金属型设计为例,阐述对传统铸造业引入专家系统及CAD技术的基本方法,并建立了一个实用的设计型专家系统(CPMDES)。本文在系统的分析了设计型专家系统的基本原理、基本结构和关键技术的基础上,详细地总结了活塞金属型设计的成功经验和最新模具设计知识;给出了面向对象的知识表达方法和基于实例的推理方法,并建立了实例原型知识库;采用参数化实体建模方法构造了实体零件库;在专家系统开发工具的基础上开发了活塞金属型智能设计系统CPMDES。CPMDES可完成对常用铸造活塞金属型的结构方案设计和关键参数的设计,并以三维实体图形的方式输出设计结果,可为设计人员提供设计支持。
The technological transformation of traditional industries with modern technologies such as expert system technology and CAD / CAE / CAM integration is the mainstream of current technological development. In this paper, the casting metal design of engine pistons with large domestic usage and difficult to guarantee product quality is taken as an example. The basic methods of introducing expert system and CAD technology to the traditional foundry industry are described. A practical design expert system (CPMDES) is established. Based on the systematic analysis of the basic principle, basic structure and key technologies of the design expert system, this paper summarizes the successful experience of the piston metal design and the latest mold design knowledge in detail; and gives the object-oriented knowledge representation method and Based on the case-based reasoning method, an instance prototype knowledge base was established. The entity part library was constructed by parametric entity modeling method. Based on the expert system development tools, a piston metal intelligent design system CPMDES was developed. CPMDES completes the design of structural solutions and key parameters of commonly used foundry piston metal molds and outputs design results in three-dimensional solid graphic form, providing designers with design support.
