两亲性嵌段共聚物在水中可自组装形成的聚合物胶束。根据聚合物胶束的理化性质,它可通过被动靶向作用递送药物至肿瘤部位。在表面修饰配体或采用环境响应型材料制得的聚合物胶束可获得主动靶向性能,更利于抗肿瘤药在肿瘤部位大量聚集,提高疗效。此外,多功能聚合物胶束是近年来的研究方向之一。本文主要综述了具有主动靶向功能的聚合物胶束作为抗肿瘤药载体的研究进展。
Amphiphilic Block Copolymer Polymer micelles self-assembled in water. Depending on the physicochemical properties of the polymer micelles, it delivers the drug to the tumor site through passive targeting. In the surface modification of ligand or polymer micelles prepared using environmentally friendly materials can be obtained active targeting performance, more conducive to a large number of anti-tumor drugs in the tumor site aggregation, improve the curative effect. In addition, multifunctional polymer micelles is one of the research directions in recent years. This review summarizes the research progress of polymer micelles with active targeting as an antitumor drug carrier.
