随着社会文明的进步与发展,素质教育的实施进一步推进。在新课程改革对教育教学的推动下,学生的学习环境与制度随之不断改善,但同时在学生学习课堂上也暴露出很多问题。在课堂上,教师陈旧的教学方法及观念、不合理的教学管理方式等无疑给学生的学习生活带来很大的影响,那么如何正确的引导并辅助学生学习,实现学校培养人才的目标便成为衡量教师成效的重要指标。面对现如今学生学习生活中不断出现的教师变相体罚学生、学生在校抵触心理强烈等事件,我们应认真反思及改善教学环境。赏识教育主要从学生的心理出发,结合教育学的相关理念,以人为本,综合培养学生的学习能力,并在学生学习过程中为其树立自信心。赏识教育以尊重学生的思想,理解、宽容学生的行为,并不断地欣赏、激励学生的进步与发展的方式,遵循学生个性化发展的基本规律,通过有活力的教育方法,引导学生树立正确的学习态度。本文根据赏识教育的实践与运用,发现并总结所存在的问题,为日后教育方式的考究提供一定的参考。
With the progress and development of social civilization, the implementation of quality education is further promoted. Under the impetus of the new curriculum reform to education and teaching, the learning environment and system of students continue to improve, but at the same time, many problems are exposed in the students’ learning class. In the classroom, teachers ’outdated teaching methods and concepts and irrational teaching management methods undoubtedly have a great impact on the students’ learning and living. How to correctly guide and assist students in their studies so as to achieve the goal of school-based personnel training becomes An important indicator of teacher effectiveness. In the face of emerging incidents of disguised corporal punishment of students in disguise and students’ psychological conflicts in schools, we should seriously reflect on and improve the teaching environment. Appreciation of education mainly from the student’s psychology, combined with the relevant concepts of education, people-oriented, comprehensive training of students’ learning ability, and in the process of student learning to establish their confidence. Appreciation of education to respect the students’ thinking, understanding and tolerance of students behavior, and continue to appreciate and inspire students progress and development, follow the basic rules of individual development of students, through dynamic education, to guide students to establish the correct learning attitude. Based on the practice and application of appreciation education, this paper finds and summarizes the existing problems and provides some reference for the future study of education.
