为了更好地落实“立德树人”教育方针,云南师范大学附属小学在推进国家课程、地方课程的校本化整合上进行了大胆探索与尝试。在实践中发现,国家课程校本化整合要求教师能对知识体系进行重构、能对教师模式创新并建立起跨学科的思维,同时,要尽快改进教师队伍中存在的教师角色定位不准、教师学科外综合知识储备不足、教师思维受局限及教师职业技能不足的问题,才能有效实现国家课程校本化整合。
