1986年10月16日《新疆日报》三版头题刊登了本台记者梁松采写的一篇通讯。这篇通讯报道了3月4日一辆汽车在乌伊公路上遭遇车祸,酿成两人死亡、四人重伤的惨剧后,乘车路过现场的石河子市供销社土产公司四名领导干部下车看了看,却丢下伤员驱车而去。记者批评了这种见死不救的错误行为。见死不救的既成事实已经令人气愤,更使人难以容忍的是,见死不救者竟采取种种卑劣手段,阻挠批评报道的发表。 On October 16, 1986, the first issue of the “Xinjiang Daily” published a newsletter by this reporter, Liang Song.
