为了制订食品中砷允许含量卫生标准,近年来我们调查了广东省九大类主副食品942份样品砷含量。料材和方法一、样品来源: 1.大米:采自49个县市粮仓,为居民口粮。2.疏菜:采自广州市8个主要肉菜市场,所采10个品种为广州市居民一年中经常食用蔬菜。
In order to formulate health standards for the allowable content of arsenic in food, in recent years we investigated 942 samples of arsenic in nine major categories of food in Guangdong Province. Materials and methods First, the sample source: 1. Rice: collected from 49 counties granaries, residents rations. 2. Vegetables: collected from the eight major meat markets in Guangzhou City, the 10 cultivated varieties of Guangzhou residents a year often eat vegetables.
