目的对手术室拖鞋的清洗消毒方法进行研究。方法取120只手术室医务人员使用后拖鞋,均分为两组分别清洗消毒,试验组采用全自动清洗机清洗消毒(机洗法),对照组采用含氯消毒液浸泡手工洗刷消毒(手洗法),于清洗消毒前、后进行微生物学检测与统计学处理。结果消毒前所有样本细菌培养阳性率为100.0%,菌落数达337CFU/cm2,洗消后微生物学检测合格率为100.0%,两种清洗消毒方法效果相同,但清洗消毒工作效率有差异。结论手术室拖鞋使用后污染严重,手洗法工作效率低;机洗法安全、高效,在手术室日常工作中实用性强,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the method of cleaning and disinfection of operating room slippers. Methods A total of 120 operating room slippers were divided into two groups, which were respectively cleaned and disinfected. The test group was cleaned and disinfected by automatic washing machine (machine washing method) while the control group was cleaned by hand with chlorine disinfectant ), Before cleaning and disinfection, microbiological testing and statistical analysis. Results The positive rate of bacterial culture in all samples before disinfection was 100.0%, the number of colonies was 337CFU / cm2, the pass rate of microbiological examination after decontamination was 100.0%. The two cleaning and disinfection methods had the same effect, but the cleaning and disinfection efficiency varied. Conclusion The operating room slippers are polluted heavily after use, and the hand washing method is inefficient. The machine washing method is safe and efficient, and it is practical in daily operation of the operating room and deserves clinical promotion.
