研究了卫星控制系统的共因失效分析方法,采用马尔可夫模型分别分析了控制系统中的电源组件、控制线路与计算机组件的共因失效,最终得到控制系统考虑共因失效的可靠度。与传统不考虑共因失效的分析方法相对比,考虑共因失效的可靠性分析方法由于分析了不同失效模式间的关联性,因此得到更为保守和合理的系统可靠性值,适用于复杂系统考虑共因失效下的可靠性分析。
The common cause failure analysis method of the satellite control system is studied. The Markov model is used to analyze the common cause failure of the power components, control lines and computer components in the control system respectively. Finally, the reliability of the control system considering the common factor failure is obtained. Compared with the traditional analysis method which does not consider the common cause failure, the reliability analysis method considering the common cause failure obtains the more conservative and reasonable system reliability value because of the analysis of the correlation between different failure modes, which is suitable for the complex system Reliability Analysis Considering Common Cause Failure.
