目的了解牡丹江市食品中沙门氏菌的污染状况及其趋势。方法依据2011-2013年全国食源性致病菌检测工作手册,对2011-2013年采集的15类共861份样本进行监测。结果共检出28株沙门氏菌分布于6类食品中,总阳性率为3.09%,以生禽畜肉及熟肉制品污染最为严重,分别为18.18%和10.00%;28株沙门氏菌主要以阿贡纳沙门氏菌和肠炎沙门氏菌为主,分别占总数的25.00%和42.87%,是引起我国食物中毒沙门氏菌的主要血清型。年份和季度间的检出率差异均无统计学意义。结论牡丹江市食品中沙门氏菌污染比较严重,应加大市场卫生的监控力度,有效预防沙门氏菌的传播流行。
Objective To understand the status of Salmonella contamination in food in Mudanjiang City and its trend. Methods A total of 861 samples of 15 categories collected in 2011-2013 were monitored based on the 2011-2013 National Foodborne Pathogenic Bacteria Testing Manual. Results A total of 28 strains of Salmonella were found in 6 kinds of foodstuffs, with a total positive rate of 3.09%. The most serious contamination was raw meat and cooked meat products, accounting for 18.18% and 10.00% respectively. 28 strains of Salmonella belonged to Agung Salmonella and Salmonella enteritidis, accounting for 25.00% and 42.87% of the total respectively, were the main serotypes of Salmonella causing food poisoning in China. There was no significant difference in the detection rate between the year and the quarter. Conclusion The contamination of Salmonella in food in Mudanjiang City is serious. Market surveillance should be strengthened so as to effectively prevent the spread of Salmonella.
