目的检测手足口病患儿血清中细胞因子的水平,探讨其临床意义。方法收集2012-2014年送检至深圳市疾病预防控制中心并经鉴定为EV71感染的手足口病患儿106人,其中轻症组46人,重症组60人;同期收集查体健康且能够接受免疫预防接种的儿童50人为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测血清中细胞因子白介素10(IL-10)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)和单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP-1)水平。结果与对照组相比,重症组、轻症组中IL-10、TGF-β1和MCP-1水平明显升高(P<0.05)。而随着病情的加重,IL-10、TGF-β1和MCP-1水平与病情呈正相关(r=0.625、0.177、0.552,P<0.05)。结论 IL-10、TGF-β1和MCP-1参与了EV71感染所致的手足口病发病的过程,并可能与疾病的严重程度有关。
Objective To detect serum levels of cytokines in children with hand-foot-mouth disease and to explore its clinical significance. Methods A total of 106 hand-foot-mouth disease patients were collected from Shenzhen Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2012 to 2014 and were identified as EV71 infection. Among them, 46 were mild and 60 were severe. In the same period, physical examination was healthy and acceptable 50 immunization vaccinated children as control group. Serum levels of interleukin 10 (IL-10), transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) and monocyte chemotactic factor-1 (MCP-1) were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Results Compared with the control group, the levels of IL-10, TGF-β1 and MCP-1 in severe group and mild group were significantly increased (P <0.05). The levels of IL-10, TGF-β1 and MCP-1 were positively correlated with the severity of the disease (r = 0.625,0.177,0.552, P <0.05). Conclusion IL-10, TGF-β1 and MCP-1 are involved in the pathogenesis of HFMD induced by EV71 infection and may be related to the severity of the disease.
