幼儿期是人生的启蒙阶段,对于塑造健康的人格和形成良好的道德素质有着重要的影响。因此幼儿园对幼儿进行德育教育是非常重要的。作为一名幼教工作者,在平日的点点滴滴一线教育中,我发现我们的德育在方法上忽视了幼儿的主体作用导致了主次的颠倒,多以教师为主导,幼儿缺乏自主性;没有充分考虑到幼儿的个体差异性,“一锅端”;以集体教育为多,在教育上缺乏鲜明的个性化教育,忽视了幼儿的内在需要,以道德知识灌输为多。
Early childhood is the stage of enlightenment of life, which has an important influence on shaping healthy personality and forming a good moral quality. Therefore, kindergarten moral education for young children is very important. As a preschool education worker, in the daily first-level education, I found that our moral education has neglected the main function of young children in a method, which led to the reversal of primary and secondary education. Mostly teachers are dominant and young children lack autonomy. No Fully taking into account the individual differences of young children, “one pot ”; to collective education as much as lack of distinctive education in education, ignoring the children’s internal needs, with moral knowledge as much.
