面临当代社会国际化、信息化、市场化的新挑战和新机遇,我校充分发挥了少先队组织的优势,十五年来坚持把角色教育的探索和研究,作为少先队教育活动的一种方式,对少先队活动进行了有益的探索。一、角色教育丰富了少先队活动的内容角色教育是学校少先队根据队员的兴趣爱好、家庭条件,让队员有层次、有选择地进入社会、家庭、校园等职业角色,通过角色游戏,模拟、扮演、实践社会成员和各种身份,或在对某种职业的模拟、实践中,受到与职业角色相关的教育。它的活动内容广泛,涵盖了社会生活的各个层面,既有少先队员日常接触到的家庭、学校和社会生活的具体情景,也有队员在生活中遇到的各种各样的道德问题,甚至是有疑问、有困惑的问题。
