开展再生粗骨料应用于沥青路面的研究具有较高的工程实用价值和环保意义,能够解决骨料短缺的困境。研究了不同原生混凝土强度等级、粗骨料种类、制备方式等对再生粗骨料物理、力学性能的影响。通过马歇尔试验进行了再生粗骨料沥青混合料配合比设计。分析了不同来源再生粗骨料用于沥青混合料时最佳沥青用量的差别、以及再生粗骨料掺量比例、粒径变化对再生粗骨料沥青混合料路用性能的影响。研究结果表明:不同种类再生粗骨料对沥青混合料水稳定性能影响差别较大,而混合料其他路用性能指标能够满足国内规范要求。
Recycled coarse aggregate used in asphalt pavement research has high practical value and environmental significance, can solve the dilemma of aggregate shortage. The effects of different primary concrete strength grades, coarse aggregate types and preparation methods on the physical and mechanical properties of recycled coarse aggregate were studied. The mix design of recycled coarse aggregate asphalt mixture was carried out by Marshall test. The difference of optimal asphalt content when using recycled coarse aggregate from different sources for asphalt mixture is analyzed, and the influence of the content ratio and particle size of recycled coarse aggregate on the road performance of recycled coarse aggregate asphalt mixture is analyzed. The results show that different kinds of recycled coarse aggregate have different effects on the water stability of asphalt mixture, while other road performance indexes of the mixture can meet the requirements of domestic specifications.
