三地两年的对比试验结果表明 ,45 0 W高压汞灯诱杀松墨天牛 Monochamus alter-natus Hope效果明显优于 2 0 W黑光灯 ,灯光引诱结果与松墨天牛自然羽出情况基本一致 ,灯光诱集的松墨天牛雌雄成虫体上均可分离到松材线虫 Bursaphelenchus xylophilus(Steiner et Buhrer) Nickle。因此利用 45 0 W高压汞灯监测松墨天牛及松材线虫种群有应用价值 ,有待进一步试验完善。但灯光引诱成本较高 ,安全性也不好 ,用于松墨天牛防治不宜提倡。
The results of comparative experiments in the past two years showed that the effect of trapping and killing Monochamus alter-natus Hope at 45 0 W high-pressure mercury lamp was better than that of 20 W black light, and the light-induced results were basically consistent with those of Monochamus alternatus , Bursaphelenchus xylophilus (Steiner et Buhrer) Nickle could be isolated from both light-trapped Monochamus alternatus adults. Therefore, the use of 45 0 W high-pressure mercury lamp monitoring Monochamus alternatus and pine wood nematode population value, to be further tested. However, the high cost of lighting lure, safety is not good, for Monochamus alternatus prevention and treatment should not be promoted.
