为了改善天然气长输管道纯环氧树脂防腐涂层的耐磨性,通过在未表干的环氧树脂涂层表面喷覆SiO_2粉末的方法,制备了SiO_2/EP耐磨复合涂层。利用分级法、维氏/显微硬度计、冲蚀磨损试验机和SEM等方法,研究了SiO_2含量、固化温度、保温固化时间对复合涂层结合强度、硬度以及耐磨性的影响。结果表明:用静电喷涂法制备的SiO_2/EP复合涂层结合强度与纯环氧涂层相当,当SiO_2颗粒含量30%、加热固化温度60℃、加热固化时间30 min时,复合涂层的综合性能达到最佳,复合涂层的硬度是纯环氧涂层的5倍,耐冲蚀磨损性能提高了4倍。
In order to improve the abrasion resistance of the pure epoxy resin anticorrosive coatings on natural gas long-distance pipelines, SiO 2 / EP wear-resistant composite coatings were prepared by spraying SiO 2 powder on the surface of unprotected epoxy resin coatings.
