目前,中职教师交流大多带有短期行为的特征,制度性不强、系统性差,缺乏操作性,致使农村中职教师交流互动效果不佳,这严重影响了农村中职教育的快速发展。因此,建立一个制度化、系统化、科学化、高效而简便易行的农村中职教师交流互动的体系,就成为当前亟待解决的问题。可建立两个平台:一是教师人员交流互动平台;二是教师网络教学交流互动平台,并使之系统化和制度化。
At present, the communication among secondary vocational teachers mostly has the characteristics of short-term behavior, which are not systematic, poorly systematic and lack of operability, resulting in the poor interaction among secondary vocational teachers in rural areas, which has seriously affected the rapid development of secondary vocational education in rural areas. Therefore, establishing a systematic, systematic, scientific, efficient and simple system of rural secondary vocational teachers to exchange and interact has become an urgent problem to be solved. Two platforms can be established: one is the exchange platform of teachers and staff; the other is the interactive platform of teachers’ network teaching and exchange, which is systematized and institutionalized.
