The β-delayed proton radioactivity of 129Nd was reported by Wilmarch,et al.[1]. The observed proton branches to the 0,2 and 4 states in the daughter nucleus 128Ce were compared with the calculated branches, and the spin and parity of the ground state of 129Nd were assigned to be 5/2[1]. On the other hand, the EC/β+-delayed decay of 129Nd was reported by Gizon,et al.[2]. The spins and parities of most low-lying states of 129Nd were assigned tentatively or definitely. According to the spin-parity assignments and the selection rules of allowed and first forbidden transition of β-decay,Gizon,et al.
