频域心电图(FCG)对冠心病的诊断报道较多,但对高血压病的诊断价值报道尚少,本文对冠心病和高血压病进行 FCG 检测,以作对比分析。冠心病组64例,男42例,女22例,平均年龄56.4岁,均符合 WHO 冠心病标准;高血压病组74例,除外继发性高血压都符合 WHO 建议的“确诊高血压”标准,其中有左室肥厚者34例(男29例,女4例,平均年龄59.1岁),无左室肥厚者40例(男28例,女12例,平均年龄59.3岁)。检测用 HBD—多域诊断仪,以常规Ⅱ、V_5导联采样,自动分析绘图,分析项目包括自功率谱函数,自相关函数、互相关函数,传递函数相移、脉冲响应及相干函数。根据总值分级,以7级
