目的:探讨西宁地区居住的慢性肺原性心脏病(下简称肺心病)患者的血清VB12、FA的水平,了解其变化与肺心病之间的关系。方法:用Bcyer ACS-180SE全自动化学发光仪对西宁地区居住的肺心病患者69名,健康对照组50名进行VB12和FA的测定,所得的数据运用SPSS10.0软件包处理。结果:肺心病组VB12和FA均低于健康对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:VB12和FA与肺心病的发病有一定的关系,及早发现和治疗高Hcy血症,对于降低肺心病疾患的发生具有重要的意义,可作为预防肺心病发生的有效措施之一。
Objective: To investigate the serum levels of VB12 and FA in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease (X-ray) in Xining, and to understand the relationship between the changes and pulmonary heart disease. Methods: Bcyer ACS-180SE automatic chemiluminescence apparatus was used to measure the levels of VB12 and FA in 69 patients with pulmonary heart disease and 50 healthy controls in Xining. The data were processed by SPSS10.0 software package. Results: The levels of VB12 and FA in patients with pulmonary heart disease were significantly lower than those in healthy controls (P <0.01). Conclusions: VB12 and FA have a certain relationship with the pathogenesis of pulmonary heart disease. Early detection and treatment of hyperhomocysteinemia is of great significance for reducing the incidence of pulmonary heart disease and may be one of the effective measures to prevent the occurrence of pulmonary heart disease.
