本文系统论述了金刚石、立方氮化硼超硬磨料与典型金属界面的界面反应、界面结构及界面结合问题。按照金属与金刚石的界面作用结果,将典型金属分为:与金刚石界面反应形成稳定碳化物的亲和性金属,如钛、钨、铬、钼等;与金刚石界面不反应的惰性金属,如铜等;与金刚石界面接触促使金刚石石墨化的石墨化金属,如铁、钴、镍等。讨论了亲和性金属与超硬磨料界面反应形成化合物的条件及化合物的结构特征与界面结合强度的关系,从而给出了实现亲和性金属与金刚石强力结合的条件。根据这些理论结果分析解释了各类镀覆方法的特点及应用效果。
This paper systematically discusses the interfacial reaction, interfacial structure and interfacial bonding of diamond, CBN superabrasive and typical metal interface. According to the interface between the metal and the diamond, the typical metal is divided into: an affinity metal that reacts with the diamond interface to form a stable carbide, such as titanium, tungsten, chromium, molybdenum and the like; an inert metal that does not react with the diamond interface, , Etc .; contact with the diamond interface to promote graphitization of diamond graphitized metal, such as iron, cobalt, nickel and so on. The conditions for the formation of compounds by the interfacial reaction between the affinity metal and the superabrasive material and the relationship between the structural characteristics of the compounds and the interfacial bonding strength are discussed. The conditions for the strong bonding between the affinity metal and the diamond are given. According to the analysis of these theoretical results explain the characteristics of various types of coating methods and application results.
