泉州是我国古代海上丝绸之路的起点,古泉州(刺桐)史迹作为2018年中国申遗项目申报世界文化遗产,在对其保护与开发的认识上,必须坚持“保护为主,开发为辅”的基本原则,要妥善处理好建设与保护、发展与继承的关系。在实践中,注重保护遗产的的真实性和完整性,在开发中注意适度,在旅游发展中考虑区域特色海丝文化因素。
Quanzhou is the starting point of ancient China’s maritime Silk Road. As the starting point for the ancient maritime Silk Road in China, the ancient Quanzhou (CiTong) historic site declared the World Cultural Heritage as the Chinese Heritage Project in 2018. In its understanding of protection and development, Quanzhou must adhere to the principle of “ Auxiliary ”the basic principle, should properly handle the construction and protection, development and succession relations. In practice, pay attention to the authenticity and integrity of the protection of the heritage, pay attention to the appropriateness in the development and consider the cultural factors of the regional characteristics in the tourism development.
