改革、开放已成为八十年代以来中国社会发展的时代主题。档案工作改革开放的历史必然性客观上要求对档案工作改革开放进行清晰的理论阐述,以便为档案工作改革开放实践的顺利开展提供应有的理论指导。本文仅就开放档案馆问题进行初步论述,以就教于同仁。
Reform and opening up have become the theme of the times of social development in China since the 1980s. The historical inevitability of the reform and opening up of the archives work objectively requires a clear theoretical exposition of the reform and opening up of the archival work in order to provide the proper theoretical guidance for the smooth implementation of the reform and opening up of the archival work. This article only on the issue of opening up a preliminary discussion of archives, to teach to colleagues.
