采用柠檬酸法制备NiO/SDC粉体,研究了不同分散剂对制备NiO/SDC粉体粒度和团聚的影响。借助X-射线衍射仪,透射电子显微镜对粉体形貌进行分析,激光粒度仪对NiO/SDC粉体粒径分布和比表面积进行测定。结果表明:添加非离子型分散剂聚乙二醇6000的NiO/SDC粉体具有最小的体积平均粒径1.758μm,最大的比表面积6.44m2/g和最小的表面积平均粒径0.932μm,具有最好的分散效果。
The NiO / SDC powders were prepared by citric acid method and the effects of different dispersants on the particle size and agglomeration of NiO / SDC powders were studied. The powder morphology was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and transmission electron microscope. The size distribution and specific surface area of NiO / SDC powder were measured by laser particle size analyzer. The results show that NiO / SDC powder with nonionic dispersant polyethylene glycol 6000 has the smallest volume average particle size 1.758μm, the largest specific surface area 6.44m2 / g and the smallest surface area average particle size 0.932μm, Good dispersion effect.
