介绍了金属线材拉伸过程的基本要素和拉伸模具的结构参数，通过对二者关系的研究，提出了合理的拉伸模半角．经生产实践表明，不仅提高了金属线材的表面质量，而且使拉伸模具的寿命提高９．８％．
The basic elements of drawing process of metal wire and the structural parameters of drawing die were introduced. By studying the relationship between them, a reasonable half angle of drawing die was proposed. The production practice shows that not only improve the surface quality of metal wire, but also to extend the life of the tensile die 9.8%.
