近年来,采购与供应管理在企业中的地位日益提升,供应管理已经从行政职能转变为组织核心价值和竞争力的战略贡献者。建立和管理一个有竞争力的供应基地的成功或失败,采购与其他职能部门合作的成功或失败,供应链的灵活性、反应速度、风险控制的能力等都极大地影响着企业的生存与发展。此外,供应对公司的成本、资产、收入和利润等关键财务业绩都在产生巨大的影响。
In recent years, the status of procurement and supply management has been increasing in the enterprise.
