本文将预应力轧机机架简化为闭式机架进行了计算,注意到拉杆中心线相对于立柱中性轴的偏心对机架强度的影响;推导出拉杆拉力和立柱压力计算公式;确定拉杆应按强度要求设计;并由机架盖与立柱接合面的变形协调关系,推导出最佳预紧力计算公式。文中还运用SAP 5线性结构分析程序,对预应力机架进行了有限单元法计算。根据理论分折和有限单元法计算结果,归纳出预应力机架的主要应力特征。并用实测验证了文中提出的各计算公式。
In this paper, the simplification of the prestressing mill frame into a closed frame was carried out. The influence of the eccentricity of the center line of the tie bar relative to the neutral axis of the column on the frame strength was deduced. The calculation formula of the pull rod tension and the column pressure was deduced. According to the requirements of strength design; and by the deformation of the cover and column joint surface coordination relationship, derived the best preload calculation formula. The paper also uses the SAP 5 linear structure analysis program to calculate the finite element method of prestressed racks. According to the theoretical analysis and finite element method, the main stress characteristics of prestressed frame are summarized. The formulas proposed in the paper are validated by the measured data.
