营养与疾病关系密切,改善营养状况对病人疾病的康复起重要作用。流行病学调查发现住院患儿营养不良的发生率较高。医务人员应对每一位住院儿童进行营养风险评价,对存在营养风险的患儿应进一步进行综合营养评价。目前针对住院患儿营养的评价方法和判定标准各不相同,本文就住院患儿临床营养评价方法及应用情况做简要综述。
Nutrition and disease are closely related to improve the nutritional status of the patient’s illness plays an important role in the rehabilitation. Epidemiological survey found that hospitalized children with higher incidence of malnutrition. Medical staff should assess the nutrition risk of every hospitalized child and further evaluate the comprehensive nutritional status of children with nutritional risk. At present, the evaluation methods and criteria of nutrition for inpatients are all different. This article briefly reviews the methods and applications of clinical nutrition evaluation in hospitalized children.
