近年来,化学助剂在完井与开采工艺上的应用已相当普遍。化学助剂对油田的完井与开采作用十分重要,并且化学助剂的质量如何直接关系到油田完井与开采程序的正常运行。油田完井与开采中投放化学助剂加剧了回注含油污水的乳化度,使得污水处理程序难以符合水质的发展变化,水经过处理后其质量难以符合标准。本文综合论述了近年来化学助剂在油田的完井、开采工艺方面的研究应用情况,大体上反映出了当前防清蜡洗井、防膨防砂、酸化压裂与解堵、调剖堵水与稠油降粘等方面的发展水平,同时还对今后化学助剂的研究应用前景进行了探讨。
In recent years, chemical additives in the completion and mining process has been quite common. Chemical auxiliaries are very important for the completion and production of oilfields and how the quality of chemical additives directly relates to the normal operation of oilfield completion and recovery processes. Oilfield completion and extraction of chemical additives exacerbated the emulsification of oily wastewater reinjection, making the sewage treatment process is difficult to comply with the development and changes in water quality, water quality after treatment is difficult to meet the standards. In this paper, the research and application of chemical additives in completion and mining technology of oilfields are summarized in this paper, which generally reflect the current anti-wax cleaning, anti-scaling and anti-sand, acid fracturing and plugging, And heavy oil viscosity reduction and other aspects of the level of development, but also on the future of chemical additives research applications are discussed.
