平面钢筋混凝土闸门由于造价低、维护费用少等优点,被广泛应用于水工建筑物中。但从已建工程运行情况发现,该类型闸门普遍存在漏水问题,有“十闸九漏”之说。闸门漏水,既影响了工程效益发挥,也给闸室下游建筑物的养护维修带来不便。而闸门一旦出现漏水,后期处理难度较大且效果不佳,所以必须在设计施工管理中采取积极的措施,防止闸门漏水。
Plane reinforced concrete gate due to low cost, less maintenance costs, is widely used in hydraulic structures. However, it has been found from the operation of built projects that there is a common problem of water leakage in this type of gate and that “there are nine gates and nine leaks”. Leakage of the gates not only affects the engineering benefits but also brings inconvenience to the maintenance and repair of buildings downstream of the sluice chamber. Once the gate leakage occurs, the latter is more difficult to deal with and ineffective, it is necessary to take active measures in the design and construction management to prevent leakage of the gate.
