[目的]观察辨证治疗小儿肺炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊及住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。青霉素200万~2000万单位/d,分2~4次给药+5%葡萄糖溶液10~20mL/次,3次/d,静滴。并依据患者实际病情给予止咳、化痰、平喘等治疗。治疗组50例辨证治疗,内治,急性期肺炎一号、肺炎二号;恢复期肺炎三号。外治,敷胸散,大黄面和玄明粉5:1混匀,用温水调成糊状,敷于双侧背上。1~3岁10min/次,3~7岁15min/次,7岁以上20min/次,任何年龄敷药时间应控制在30min以内,1~2次/d。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血液指标(血红蛋白、白细胞、血小板)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈44例,显效4例,有效1例,无效1例,总有效率98.00%。对照组痊愈39例,显效6例,有效2例,无效3例,总有效率94.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血液指标两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型治疗小儿肺炎效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the effect of dialectical treatment of pediatric pneumonia. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 100 outpatients and inpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the drawing method. Continuous treatment of 30d for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, blood indicators (hemoglobin, white blood cells, platelets), adverse reactions. Treatment of a course of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Result] The treatment group cured 44 cases, 4 cases markedly effective, 1 effective, 1 ineffective, the total effective rate was 98.00%. Control group cured 39 cases, 6 cases markedly effective in 2 cases, 3 cases, the total effective rate 94.00%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). Blood index improved in both groups (P <0.05), and treatment group improved better than control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Syndrome differentiation is effective in treating children pneumonia, which is worth to be popularized.
