针对管身混凝土结构施工期易开裂问题,认为结构的内外温差、基础温差是这类裂缝产生的主要原因.采用三维有限单元法对施工期倒虹吸进行仿真计算,分析混凝土施工期应力场的时空变化规律,得出管身裂缝容易出现的部位.在南水北调中线工程焦作市Ⅰ标段采用了模板外面贴泡沫保温板的保温方法,计算结果表明,混凝土表面的施工质量得到明显的防裂效果,值得类似工程应用推广.
Aiming at the problem of easy cracking during the construction of tubular concrete structure, it is considered that the temperature difference between inside and outside the structure and the basic temperature difference are the main reasons for this type of cracks.The three-dimensional finite element method is used to simulate the inverted siphon during construction period, The results show that the construction quality of the concrete surface has obvious anti-cracking effect, and the thermal insulation method of foam insulation board outside the template is adopted in Ⅰ section of Jiaozuo City of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project. Worth similar to promote the application of the project.
