在底盘油脂集中润滑系统油箱内安装了温度传感器,在主油路首末端分别安装了压力变送器。利用虚拟仪器技术,研究环境温度变化对润滑系统工作压力的影响规律。结果表明,主油路首末端压力峰值以及首末端压力峰值差随着油脂温度的增加而增加,首端压力峰值在25℃左右达最大值,末端压力峰值在10℃左右达最大值。随着温度的继续增加,首末端压力峰值均下降,温度越高,降低越明显。首端残压随温度增加而降低,但温度对末端残压的影响不显著。
In the chassis grease centralized lubrication system installed in the fuel tank temperature sensor, respectively, in the first end of the main oil pressure transmitter installed. The use of virtual instrument technology to study the impact of ambient temperature changes on the working pressure of lubrication system. The results show that the peak pressure at the head end and the peak pressure at the head and end of the main oil increases with the increase of the oil temperature. The peak pressure at the head end reaches the maximum at about 25 ℃ and the peak pressure at the end reaches the maximum at about 10 ℃. With the temperature continues to increase, the peak pressure at both ends of the first decline, the higher the temperature, the more obvious reduction. The residual pressure at the head decreased with increasing temperature, but the effect of temperature on the residual pressure was not significant.
