现在绝不是浙商制造与跨国公司展开正面竞争的时机,我们必须以我们的比较优势参与到整个国际大的产业分工中,并且要竭力维护我们的优势,如果连这点优势都没有了那才是真正的危机。WTO对于浙江的制造业来说,能够扩大其国际市场份额,能够争取更多市场份额的机会,并且能够在国际竞争中提高自己的产品质量。但不是说每个企业都能一下子就抓住最大的市场份额,或者占住市场份额的上游。浙江目前民营企业的发展主要还是在初级阶段,现在求大、求高对于很多企业都是不现实的。贴牌生产、做洋打工,这样的产业分工是浙商被动接受的,没有办法。在国际分工中,我们目前还不具备条件做很大的事业。做大品牌,需要很长时间的培养,要大量资金,要有很强大的企业文化背景,还有公平竞争这样的大环境才能创造出品牌来。现在如果只是一味地花钱创自己的品牌而不顾生存的话是很可怕的事。因为现在对于大多数企业来说生存的威胁依然存在,你必须被迫接受国际产业链条中的一个分工,这是符合你自己特色和比较优势的分工。
