语文素养是学生在语文方面表现出的比较稳定的、基本的、适应时代发展要求的学识、能力、技艺和情感态度价值观,具有工具性和人文性统一的丰富内涵,是新课程标准中的核心概念。2011版新课标中在“课程的基本理念”中也将全面提升学生的语文素养列为第一条。一个人的语文素养会影响人的一生,对于一个农村语文教师来说,在学校硬件基础设施薄弱的情况下,要努力利用各种资源加强学生的语文素养养成。
Chinese literacy is a relatively stable and basic value concept of learning, abilities, skills and emotions that students adapt to the needs of the development of the Chinese language. It has the rich connotation of instrumental and humanistic unity and is the core of the new curriculum standard concept. 2011 version of the new curriculum in the “basic concepts of curriculum” will also be fully enhance the students’ Chinese literacy as the first. A person’s language literacy will affect people’s life, for a rural language teacher, in the case of the school’s hardware infrastructure is weak, we must make full use of resources to enhance students’ literacy accomplishment.
