了解振动挤压管(又称一阶段管)在制造阶段环向钢丝的应力状态,对合理利用原材料、提高管子承转能力、降低生产成本具有重要意义。本文介绍在振动挤压管上用本所研制成功的 GYJ4—1型混凝土埋入式钢筋应变计的实测结果,并依此进行分析,找到了管子开裂压力不能达到抗裂压力的原因。结合国内观有技术、设备及管理水平,提出了有效应力值范围和计算恒压值的方法。并根据实测数据,计算环向配筋,经生产性验证,具有明显的技术经济效益。
Understanding the stress state of the hoop squeezing wire during the manufacturing stage of the vibrating squeeze tube (also known as a stage tube) is of great significance to the rational use of raw materials, improving the tube bearing capacity, and reducing the production cost. This article describes the measured results of the GYJ4-1 concrete reinforced strain gages successfully developed by the Institute on the vibro-extrusion tube, and based on this analysis, finds the reason why the cracking pressure of the pipe cannot reach the cracking pressure. Combined with the domestic view of technology, equipment and management, a range of effective stress values and methods for calculating constant pressure values are proposed. And based on the measured data, calculation of circular reinforcement, the production of proven, with obvious technical and economic benefits.
