目的:研究高血压脑出血患者脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)与脑血流量(CBF)的相关性。方法:检测83例高血压脑出血患者和75例正常人的BAEP及用133Xe吸入法测定CBF。结果:脑出血患者BAEP和CBF异常率分别为69.9%和63.9%,病情愈重则异常率愈高,脑出血量大者BAEP和CBF异常率高于出血量少者,P<0.05~0.01。脑出血患者BAEP主波潜伏期和波间期均比正常对照组明显延长,P<0.05~0.01;BAEP异常患者CBF明显低于BAEP正常患者,P<0.05~0.01。结论:BAEP是评估脑出血患者脑干功能和脑血流量的良好手段。
Objective: To study the correlation between brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) and cerebral blood flow (CBF) in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: BAEP was measured in 83 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and 75 normal controls and CBF was measured by 133Xe inhalation. Results: The abnormal rates of BAEP and CBF in patients with ICH were 69.9% and 63.9% respectively. The more serious the patients were, the higher the abnormal rate was. The abnormal rates of BAEP and CBF were higher in patients with cerebral hemorrhage than those with less bleeding, P < 0.05 ~ 0.01. Compared with the normal control group, the latency and wave interval of the main wave of BAEP in patients with cerebral hemorrhage were significantly prolonged (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). The CBF in patients with abnormal BAEP was significantly lower than that in patients with normal BAEP (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). Conclusions: BAEP is a good means of assessing brain stem function and cerebral blood flow in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
