考虑将发光二极管(LED)用作空间相机星上定标光源时对LED的发光一致性和稳定性的要求,研究了对市售LED产品进行试验和筛选的方法。分析了影响LED发光效率的因素及LED作为星上定标光源需要注意的问题,提出了将多只LED作为空间相机星上定标光源的筛选试验方案,并设计、研制了筛选装置。为了检验LED的工作稳定性和不同LED的发光一致性,该装置可同时监测多只LED的发光状态,并实现了无人值守操控和自动测量。利用该装置对某批次72只随机抽取的白光LED进行测试并根据测试数据对被筛选的白光LED进行了分析计算,结果显示,经过筛选的白光LED在连续点亮900h后,相对光强变化在1.5%左右。最后,从中筛选出符合光源要求的10只LED。
Considering the requirement of LED’s luminosity consistency and stability when light-emitting diode (LED) is used as space camera star calibration light source, the method of testing and screening commercial LED products is studied. The factors that affect the luminous efficiency of LED and the problems that LED should pay attention to as the calibration light source on the satellite are analyzed. A screening test scheme is proposed, in which multiple LEDs are used as the calibration light source for the space camera, and a screening device is designed and developed. In order to test the working stability of LEDs and the luminosity consistency of different LEDs, the device can simultaneously monitor the luminescence state of multiple LEDs and realize unmanned control and automatic measurement. The apparatus was used to test a batch of 72 white LEDs randomly selected and analyzed according to the test data. The results showed that after the white LED was filtered for 900h, the relative light intensity Around 1.5%. Finally, filter out the 10 light source requirements of the 10 LED.
