蒋某,男,40岁。1998年8月20日初诊。2d前出现腹泻伴发热,大便呈稀水样,无脓血,有里急后重感,每日约10多次,T38.9℃,汗多,纳差,自觉乏力,腹胀,恶心。自行服用氟哌酸胶囊及藿香正气水后,热退,泻止。10h后,又再次服用藿香正气水,当即颜面潮红,心悸,心率120次/min,律齐,体温及血压均正常,血钾3.3mmol/L。经静脉补液,口服心得安10mg,约30min后,心率降至84次/min,律齐,颜面潮红减轻,心悸消失。8h后,又服用藿香正气水后,症状复发,心率96次/min,律齐,血钾3.5mmol/L。疑过敏性反应,肌注地塞米松10mg,约20min后,症状消失,心率82次/min,律齐。

Suspected allergic reactions, intramuscular dexamethasone 10mg, about 20min, the symptoms disappear, heart rate 82 beats / min, law Qi.
