火电厂锅炉炉顶吊杆松弛及吊杆间负荷分配不合理是锅炉发生事故的隐患。通过江苏扬州发电有限公司 4号锅炉炉顶部分吊杆的实际测量和调整 ,对吊杆间负荷分配这一静不定问题进行了研究。根据锅炉炉顶吊杆分布的特点 ,研究设计了锅炉炉顶吊杆负荷监测系统。采用吊杆分区测量和调整 ,用松弛法确定基准值 ,实行吊杆负荷用仪器进行定量测量 ,根据测量结果 ,进行综合定量分析 ,再对吊杆实施精确调整 ,使吊杆受力趋于合理。
The relaxation of boiler top boom and the load distribution between booms in thermal power plant are hidden dangers of boiler accident.
