我国电子政务信息资源建设目前存在着由用户参与度不高引起的信息的采集、加工、利用、共享以及反馈过程不合理等问题,对其进行详细分析研究,运用用户体验理论,从提高用户对品牌特征、信息可用性、功能性、内容性的体验角度提出相应的对策,改善以政府为中心的管理模式,引入新型信息处理人才及技术,消除“信息孤岛”并建立必要的反馈机制,以此促进电子政务信息资源建设。
