“And” is not just a matter of necessity, but primarily and first and foremost the understanding of certainness and necessity. The “real life creature” is the fundamental Chinese perception of the world and is a cosmology. “Harmony is precious” is the fundamental value of Chinese culture derived from the above understanding of the universe. “Taihe” is the highest ideal goal pursued by the Chinese people. “Harmonious but different” is the basic principle of doing things derived from this. “And” is the unity of these three. “Harmony creature” is the way of heaven, “harmony is precious” and “harmony is different” is the way of man. The content of “harmony” is that everything “takes its place” means a relationship, an order, and a form of existence. Everything between the universe and the universe exists in the form of “harmony,” all in the relationship or order of “harmony.” In order to achieve the ideal goal of “harmony,” only the aspiration for peace is not enough. What is important is to actually deal with all kinds of relations so that everything can be done properly. It can only be an illusion to pin our hopes on the idea of “peace” accepted by all leaders in the world through preaching and to solve the problems the world faces. It is necessary to do everything according to the requirements of things and not by subjective will and power. The sum of social personnel can only be achieved through democratic means, consultation and negotiation, taking care of the interests and demands of all parties. As one of the means of establishing the order in which everything is done, it does not rule out the struggle, including the use of force where necessary. Traditional Chinese culture has centered on how to establish and maintain the order of “harmony” and developed the philosophy of “harmony” and the morality of “harmony” and the idea of governing the country (management)
