目的通过参加食源性致病菌能力验证,以评价实验室的检测能力,提高实验室的检测水平。方法按照中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T 4789《食品卫生微生物学检验》、GB4789《食品微生物学检验》检验标准进行。结果XJZK-126奶粉样品中检测出阪崎肠杆菌和肠产毒性大肠埃希氏菌,1404奶粉样品中检出金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希氏菌,1121奶粉样品中未检出致病菌,均与实际情况相符。结论通过开展实验室能力验证工作,对提高实验室检测技术和证实自身能力具有积极的双重作用。
Objective To assess the laboratory’s detection ability and improve the laboratory’s detection level by participating in the ability verification of foodborne pathogens. Methods According to the People’s Republic of China National Standards GB / T 4789 “Microbiological examination of food hygiene”, GB4789 “Microbiological examination of food” test standards. Results Enterobacter sakazakii and enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli were detected in XJZK-126 milk powder samples, while Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were detected in 1404 milk powder samples. No pathogens were detected in 1121 milk powder samples , Are consistent with the actual situation. Conclusion Through the laboratory capacity verification work, to improve laboratory testing techniques and to confirm their own ability to play a positive dual role.
