目的了解大学生对死亡的态度及对临终关怀的认知和态度,拟定临终关怀志愿者活动方式。方法采用问卷调查的方式,对延边大学660名不同专业和不同年级的学生进行问卷调查,有效问卷人数为657人。结果不同的生活费用、宗教和政治面貌对于临终关怀具有统计学意义(P<0.05),临终关怀知识的认知与死亡态度的相关系数为0.393,P=0.000(注P<0.001有意义)。结论临终关怀知识应列入学生课程之中,广泛普及,有效利用人力资源,改善人口老龄化的养老负担。
Objective To understand the college students’ attitudes toward death and their cognition and attitude towards hospice care and to draw up a hospice care volunteer way of doing activities. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 660 students of different majors and grades in Yanbian University. The number of valid questionnaires was 657. Results Different cost of living, religion and political appearance were statistically significant for hospice (P <0.05). The correlation coefficient between cognitive and death attitude for hospice was 0.393, P = 0.000 (P <0.001 significance). Conclusions Hospice care should be included in the student curricula, widely used, effective use of human resources, and improvement of the aging burden on the aged.
