目的:利用UF-100尿沉渣分析仪对临床疑为尿路感染患者的尿液进行检测,以此探讨UF-100对尿路感染筛检中的应用价值。方法:取清洁中段尿在UF-100中检测尿细菌计数(Bact)、尿白细胞计数(WBC)、细菌体积(FSC2)三个参数进行阴性和阳性筛选,同时作定量细菌培养并将结果作比较,用Yerushalmy模式评价2种方法的一致性及UF-100筛检的灵敏度、特异性等。结果:329份标本中,UF-100筛选尿路感染灵敏度为98%,特异性为88.5%,阳性预计值为88.5%,阴性预计值为98.2%。结论:用UF-100尿沉渣分析仪检测尿Bact、WBC、FSC2三个参数并联合应用可以作为尿路感染的筛选方法。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the value of UF-100 in the screening of urinary tract infection by using the UF-100 urine sediment analyzer to detect the urine of patients with clinically suspected urinary tract infection. Methods: The urinary bacterial count (Bact), urinary white blood cell count (WBC) and bacterial volume (FSC2) were measured in UF-100 for the negative and positive urine samples, and the results were compared Yerushalmy model was used to evaluate the consistency of the two methods and the sensitivity and specificity of UF-100 screening. Results: In 329 samples, the sensitivity of UF-100 screening for urinary tract infection was 98%, the specificity was 88.5%, the positive predictive value was 88.5% and the negative predictive value was 98.2%. Conclusion: UF-100 urinary sediment analyzer urinalysis Bact, WBC, FSC2 three parameters and combined application as a screening method for urinary tract infection.
