２０００年,在国家积极的宏观调控政策的持续作用下,国民经济出现全面回升势头,工交生产保持较快增长水平,工业经济运行质量继续提高;总量调控、关停“五小”、淘汰落后和压缩过剩生产能力工作取得阶段性成果,市场供求矛盾得到一定程度缓解,绝大多数行业生产经营形势继续好转。
