PYIA型转矩转速测量仪是测量各种动力机械力矩及转速的高精度直读数字式电子仪器,广泛应用于电机、柴油机、车辆制造和其它动力设备的测试。随着微机应用技术的深入发展,许多用户都希望将该测量仪能和微型机相配合,实现转矩、转速的自动测量。目前,有的用户采用信号并行传递的方法,解决测量仪和微机之间的联机问题,但接口电路复杂,连线较多而且还要从测量仪内部焊线,比较麻烦。我们在研制的油泵性能微机测试系统中,利用量仪本身打印输出插口中所提供的信号,以信号串行传递的方法实现了M-Z80单板微型机(类似于TP-801机)和PYIA型转矩转速测量仪之间的联机。这种方法充分利用了Z80PIO接口芯片和软件的功能,电路简单,应用方便。其接口原理如下。
PYIA-type torque speed measuring instrument is measuring various dynamic mechanical torque and speed of high-precision direct-reading digital electronic instruments, widely used in motors, diesel engines, vehicle manufacturing and other power equipment testing. With the deepening of the application of computer technology, many users hope that the measuring instrument can cooperate with the microcomputer to achieve automatic measurement of torque and speed. At present, some users adopt the method of signal parallel transmission to solve the problem of connection between the measuring instrument and the microcomputer. However, the interface circuit is complicated, the wiring is more, and the wire inside the measuring instrument is also more troublesome. We developed the computer performance testing of the pump performance, the instrument itself uses the print output jack provided by the signal to the signal serial transmission method to achieve the M-Z80 single board microcomputer (similar to the TP-801 machine) and PYIA Type torque speed meter between the online. This method takes full advantage of the Z80PIO interface chip and software features, the circuit is simple, easy to use. The interface principle is as follows.
