汽车手工包边模设计是指汽车在试制阶段为了降低成本并提高手工包边的效率和质量而进行的包边模设计,用于小批量的试制阶段车型门盖的包边。在汽车试制阶段,需要进行的手工包边的门盖数量少则十几套,多则上百套,采用纯手工包边效率低,质量也不高,而采用自动包边机包边效率高、质量好,但是成本太高,不利于降低汽车产品的开发成本。因此,文章提出采用纯手工包边模式和自动包边机模式相结合的方式进行手工包边模设计,以达到较高的包边效率及质量。
