目的:探究强化体育课程方案对高中生心肺功能的影响,检验其应用在高中体育教学中的可行性,为高中体育教学改革提供理论依据。方法:运用实验法、文献资料法、问卷调查法。将学生分为实验组、对照组。制定出强化体育课程方案,对实验组同学进行为期8周的课程训练,训练前后分别测定两组同学肺活量以及台阶指数。结果:1.强化体育课程可以有效的提高中学生的肺活量以及台阶指数。2.传统的体育教学方案对提高学生的身体素质有局限性。结论:强化体育课程可以提高高中生的心肺功能,但其可行性仍需进一步调查与研究。
Objective: To explore the impact of physical education program on the cardiorespiratory function of senior high school students, to test its feasibility in high school PE teaching and to provide a theoretical basis for PE teaching reform in high school. Methods: Using experimental method, literature method and questionnaire method. The students were divided into experimental group, control group. The program of strengthening physical education curriculum was formulated, and the students in experimental group were trained for 8 weeks. Before and after training, the students’ lung capacity and step index were measured. Results: 1. Intensified physical education can effectively improve the lung capacity of secondary school students and the step index. 2. The traditional physical education programs to improve the physical fitness of students has limitations. Conclusions: Strengthening physical education curriculum can improve the cardiopulmonary function of high school students, but its feasibility still needs further investigation and research.
