目的:观察千金益康片对去卵巢模型大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及相关神经递质的影响。方法:将60只生育龄雌性未孕SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组,模型对照组,千金益康片低、中、高剂量组和阳性药组,每组各10只,除空白对照组外,其余5组均切除卵巢;千金益康片低、中、高剂量组分别给予千金益康片混悬液5.3、10.6、21.18g/kg体质量灌胃,阳性药组给予女珍颗粒混悬液0.75g/kg体质量灌胃,空白对照组和模型对照组用等体积蒸馏水(10mL/kg体质量)灌胃,每天1次,连续14d;末次给药24h后测定各组大鼠E2、FSH水平,检测下丘脑神经递质5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量,计算子宫、肾上腺脏器系数。结果:与模型对照组比较,千金益康片中、高剂量组均能明显增加去卵巢模型大鼠血清E2水平(P<0.05,P<0.01);千金益康片低、中、高剂量组能明显降低去卵巢模型大鼠血清FSH水平(P<0.05);低、中、高剂量组对下丘脑5-HT含量有降低趋势(P<0.05);中剂量组能明显增加NE含量(P<0.01),低、中、高剂量组能增加子宫系数(P<0.05),而中、高剂量组能明显增加肾上腺系数(P<0.05)。结论:千金益康片可增加去卵巢模型大鼠血清E2水平,降低血清FSH水平,增加NE含量,增加子宫系数和肾上腺系数,对5-HT有降低趋势,其作用机制可能与调节内分泌系统和神经系统有关。
Objective: To observe the effects of Qianjin Yikang Tablet on serum estradiol (E2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and related neurotransmitter in ovariectomized rats. Methods: Sixty non-pregnant female Sprague-Dawley rats of reproductive age were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, Qianjin Yikang tablet low, medium and high dose group and positive drug group, , The other five groups were ovariectomized; Qianjin Yikang film low, medium and high dose groups were given Qianjin Yikang film suspension 5.3,10.6,21.18g / kg body weight gavage, the positive drug group to female Zhen particles mixed The rats in the blank control group and the model control group were given gavage with equal volume of distilled water (10 mL / kg body weight) once daily for 14 days. After the last administration for 24 hours, the E2 , FSH levels were measured. The content of 5-HT and NE in the hypothalamus was detected to calculate the coefficient of uterus and adrenal organs. Results: Compared with the model control group, Qianjinyikang tablet could significantly increase serum E2 level in ovariectomized rats (P <0.05, P <0.01); Qianjin Yikang tablet low, middle and high dosage groups (P <0.05). The content of 5-HT in hypothalamus of the ovariectomized rats decreased significantly (P <0.05), and the content of NE in the middle dose group (P <0.01). Uterine coefficient was increased in low, medium and high dose groups (P <0.05), while middle and high dose groups could significantly increase adrenal coefficient (P <0.05). Conclusion: Qianjin Yi Kang Tablet can increase serum E2 level in ovariectomized rats, decrease serum FSH level, increase NE content, increase uterine coefficient and adrenal coefficient, and have a decreasing trend toward 5-HT, which may be related to the regulation of endocrine system and Nervous system related.
