在重型机械中,经常会看到采用双键传递扭矩。这种结构要求双键槽除保证槽的尺寸公差外,还必须保证双键槽中心线的角度公差及键槽对中心线的对称度公差。内孔双键槽的加工,一般采用划线法或划线样板法来控制位置公差,用卡尺控制尺寸公差,在插床上进行加工。划线法,是以划线键槽的一侧作基准,控制键槽的尺寸公差;以划的中心线找正,确定角度位置。由于划线误差一般在0.5毫米以上,加之找正和测量方面的误差,很难保证双键槽的位置公差。划线样板法,是在划线的基础上,采用孔用双键槽样板来控制双键槽中心线角度位置公差。一般来说,这种控制方法较划线法可靠,但它主要用来控
